How To Consign (For Larger Image Click Here) Why consign with us... Our staff will take every effort to display your items creatively, which may increase a higher selling price. How Does This Work! 60/40 split and a 50/50 split on items over $300, we may have additional sales as we see fit. This keeps our store exciting & customers coming back. Keep in mind we advertise monthly with additional coupons, These coupons cannot be used with any additional sales we have going on. We do not charge any member fees. After 31 DAYS your items will be 25% off, at 45 days 50% off, at 60 days 75% off. Couture and high ticket items do not fall into these sales schedule. After the 70 Day consignment period, if your items have not sold, you will have Seven days to pick up your items as the consignment period has ended. *Note its your responsibility to find & gather your items. You are responsible to keep up with your consignment period as we do not call for any reason. If items are not picked up they will be considered abandoned and become the property of The Walk In Closet and then sold or donated as we see fit. You do have the option to have longer periods on high-end or high ticketed price items for consignment, this must be in agreement in advance. Note: Any items before or after being on the sales floor found with stains, rips or not suitable for our store will be DONATED without notice to consigners. Please understand we have 1000's of consigners and it would be very difficult to hold rejects or contact, it would be best to donate items to organization of choice. Please inspect your items before bringing them in. Commission: Checks will be issued on the 10th of each month, for the sold items in the month before or you may use your amount as credit towards a purchase anytime. Checks cannot be mailed. Lost checks will be a replacement fee of $30, (checks will be valid for 90 days & can only be issued if amount is over $20) if balance on account is under $20, you may bring more items in or use balance as a credit. You may call anytime during business hours to check on your account. Pricing - Our pricing on your items will be based on condition, current style, how much in demand is your item, and what the item might be selling for new. For high ticket items, we provide an itemized form for you to fill out requesting a start price upon consigners request. If we feel your requested price is not fare we will not consign your items, unless you allow us to put a fair selling price.

We accept current style
Women's Apparel, Juniors Apparel (Katy Store doesn't take Juniors), Men's & Children's accessories, and mostly name brands. It is your responsibility
on providing hangers to display items, Please Do
Not bring your clothes in on hangers which need to be returned. If you
cannot provide hangers, please bring items laid flat not in bags.
All clothing items must be clean, free of stains and wrinkles. We accept all
sellable home furnishings, decor clocks, lamps, Dining sets, pictures, mirrors,
bedroom sets, bathroom access. sets, holiday decor, trunks, wall art, wall
shelves, chandeliers, light fixtures, area rugs, picture frames, complete dish
sets, throw pillows, gardening & cook books and accents that represent a
timeless style. We also accept jewelry, art, collectibles and antiques.
What
are our rules on items that we DO NOT accept! Are Photos Required - This would be for larger items only, we would recommend a picture email of your item, to make sure that it fits our consignment shop and follows our acceptance list. If your confident that your items are acceptable, then call and schedule a day to display your items. CONSIGNMENT CALENDAR:
